(Borganic.org) Looking for a quick jump start? This morning breakfast snack will set you off. All organic. Food list as follows.
#1 Whole wheat bread
#2 One brown Egg
#3 Slice of Tomato
#4 slice of Cheese
#5 Sea Salt to taste / Pinch
#6 Cilantro to taste / Pinch.
#7 White onion
Toast one slice of Whole wheat bread hard. Fry one egg hard or over easy in olive oil. Place a slice of cheese over the egg, until melted. When done place over bread. Lightly cook white onion and cilantro in olive oil. Season to taste. I like to use sea salt. Cut a slice of tomato uncooked and place it over the egg. Remove the onions and cilantro from the pan. Place them over the tomato.
